To be able to offer site visits at our Pitcorthie site has been a real eye opener as some of the pupils have never been on site before.
While on site the students have had a tour of the facilities and shown round different phases of the project.

Our Level 4 Foundation Apprenticeship Construction students have had @Robertsonshomes provide visits into college to talk about Careers and site safety as well be able to visit a local site in Dunfermline.

It’s great to be able to share answers to these questions and to get the students to think about what employers are looking for, when they come to applying for apprenticeships or jobs.

Hopefully, they gained some valuable insights into the careers available within the Telecoms industry’.

Our Engineering Foundation Apprenticeship students have been lucky enough to spend their work placement with @GoFibre_UK they have travelled to the training facility in Berwick, to the Head Office in Edinburgh and out in the field with the engineers.

It has been a pleasure to host the students so far who have all been really curious and interactive in learning more about how to build and install a fibre network with some hands-on experience.
