We are saddened to hear of the passing of Robert (Bob) Clark. Bob flew 53 missions as a belly turret gunner on B-17s in WWII. He was always a staple when we had @EAA Aluminum Overcast in town, this particular picture was taken just this past October. Blue Skies Bob!

We are excited to announce that we have been selected to participate in the @EAA Ray Aviation Scholarship program! This means that we will be able to pay for and mentor one local teenagers pilot certificate! Stay tuned for more details.

We had a great morning with the Air Traffic Controllers @fly_CID this morning. Thanks to all that came out and to our CID controllers for taking the time to spend with us. Unfortunately no pictures from the tower as it is not allowed but it was a very interesting experience!
