“Heat warms the soil → cables fail” is a real mechanism, but incomplete as the main cause of blackouts.
Without failure data, aging status and load profiles, it’s a logical leap. Multicausality > single narrative.

The COP summits are nothing but a blatant excuse for global spending sprees. It's where the world's bureaucracy gathers like a cult year after year to get their latest updates, motivational pep talks, and instructions on how to keep pushing internal policies forward.

Environment ministries get briefed on how to obstruct energy ministries, while energy departments are told exactly how to penalize thermal power generators and force the shift to unreliable 'green' tech. I could go into much sadder, more detailed examples, but the pattern is crystal clear: endless meetings, zero real results, massive taxpayer bills, and an ever-growing web of regulations that strangle affordable energy.

This isn't science it's a self perpetuating bureaucratic ritual dressed up as salvation.
