1/3 Last year, alongside other members of the CPG on Volunteering, we signed a joint letter urging ScotGov to retain the current fee waiver for volunteers in QVOs applying for membership of the PVG scheme. We also responded to a consultation on the proposals.
2/3 We are delighted that ScotGov has decided to continue to provide free PVG scheme membership for volunteers in QVOs. We're thankful for the leadership of @VolScotland and Co-Conveners of the CPG on Volunteering @FoysolChoudhury and @JeremyRBalfour on this issue.
