hey guys, I did not see that I needed 0.005 Eth in my wallet before I transferred my LCT from Coinexchange. I have now put 0.005 eth in my wallet. Will the transaction still be released into my wallet?

Support, How do I withdraw my bitcoin that I have deposited specifically for the ICO which was supposed to have started this morning according to the notification on my Neoconnect dashboard? I come online now and it says that the 1st ICO is already finished.
