Implementation of C190 in Rwanda.
The implementation is going on; the country is now aligning its labour policies and human resource manuals with C190’s “zero tolerance”. Through trainings carried out in several sectors by CESTRAR in collaboration with feminist association.

Current Status on Ratification of C190
Kenya: C189 and C190 is in public participation phase launched in December 2025, which includes COTU-K, FKE-Employers Association and Ministry of Labour to identify legal gaps and sensitize citizens on protection.
