@CHIZZY_BB This is neurofibromatosis probably type 1 or type 2, due to gene mutation,from the image there's presence of café-au-lait spot and it's harmless,neither is it Contagious, though am also currently having this on my skin as well,he should seek for a dermatologist for clarity.
