In my remarks, I challenged graduates to emulate other nations that only publicize the positives. In Dubai, had 19.29 million visitors go there for tourism as of 2025, yet they don’t have as much as we have in Uganda. In Uganda, we only had 1.52 million visitors in the same year.

No matter how bad my mother is, she will always remain my mother, and I will always say she is the best. Therefore, Uganda is our motherland and deserves unconditional love.
