Why do people get upset when you call them out for their own BS?

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

I always tell myself to post more on my X…I think I really need to make that change

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

I gotta make some adjustments to the way things are.

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

In search of something. But reality is that “something” is right there for me

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

I gotta make changes to this. Doing the same thing each time is not good.

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

Gotta try to make this one different. Here we go.

Blessed to be here for another year #36

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

I’ve never been thru a spell this bad with games. Makes me question myself as a coach. Running out of ideas to motivate and inspire the players #HSSoccer

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

It’s hard to find the confidence to get out and be social on your own.

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

Both of my boys teams U17 and U19 pulled W’s this weekend. Important 3 points for each. #VamosTFA

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

Man, people really treat you right cause they need something and once they get what they want, it’s right away to treating you like dirt.

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

Decided to switch the formation for my U11 girls team. I think today was a good start to them learning the new system and tactics

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

2 games today and both ended in ties. We didn’t deserve it. Each team should’ve got the W. Ugh frustrating. #SoccerCoach

[Eric_Ali_724 @EArmcf7]

Having conversations with your kid/s about real life issues isn’t easy at all. Had to go through that tonight with my daughter and her mom. Tough. Just tough. But definitely proud of our little girl for how she handled it.

Need to post more on here.

🚨 VAR audio for Real Madrid vs Almería match has been RELEASED:

• RE: Penalty for Real Madrid

Hernández Hernández to Maeso: “Fran, I'm going to recommend an on field review for the hand of the Almeria defender.”

“I put you high behind view so that you can see it in context and the separation between players. Now the action is yours, you to decide.”

Hernández Maeso: “Perfect…..[]..I'm going to whistle a penalty without a card.”

• RE: Disallowed goal:

Hernández Hernández:: “Come and see it, Fran, I recommend an on field review for possible foul in attack in the action of the goal.”

Maeso: “Yes, it is indeed the start (of attack phase). Therefore, I'm going to whistle a foul in favor of Real Madrid and cancel the goal and yellow to 6, the player of Almería.”

• RE: Vini Jr.’s goal:

VAR: “I recommend an on field review so that you can see the no hand, the possible no hand. Give me the right inverse. Stop at the point of contact.”

Maeso asks for the point of contact and the VAR clarifies him again: “He hits him on the shoulder. You value the possible foul in attack….. I agree with you and the ball hits the shoulder. Give me high behind. One more frame. Perfect, he hits him with his shoulder and it's a valid goal. I'm going to point out a goal, there's no foul.”
