WATCH: Sen. Rodante Marcoleta’s speech during the recent INC rally at the Quirino Grandstand is being played at Liwasang Bonifacio as the INC members' program continues on Tuesday.

Around 300 INC members gathered here earlier this Tuesday, as per the PNP. But there are fewer now, as some of them reportedly went to EDSA to participate in the protest there.

The rally comes a day after the Office of the Ombudsman announced that it is set to file non-bailable plunder charges against Marcoleta this week in connection with the senator’s supposed P75 million undeclared campaign donations in the 2025 senatorial elections. | @MJSalcedoINQ
