In a school in Ennis County Clare a teacher is continuously absent. My child has no foundation since 1st year to junior cert in science due to teacher continuous absence and this teacher never ever turns up to parent/teacher meetings, a pure disgrace

Daughter sat JC Science Summer test in school in Co. Clare. The teacher has continuous absence. She would love to do science for LC but says she has not received a good foundation at JC level. A great teacher is needed for great results.

I need to express this annoyance. My daughter sat in a summer test today for Science. The teacher has been out more than she's in and questions were put on the test which chapters have never been covered due to teacher continuous absence.

@fiannafailparty @NormaFoleyTD1 Free school books for Leaving Cert PLEASE. This is where the real expense is. Supplies of copies, calculators etc are also being given to St. FLANNANS College, Ennis. I understood it was school BOOKS, never a mention of supplies. This is unfair to LC @CathalCroweTD @timmydooley

@NormaFoleyTD1 free school books for Leaving Cert please. Fortune paid already for books and copies through the years. They are also getting supplies, copies, calculator, folders free as well as books for Junior Cert. I thought it was books only. @CathalCroweTD @timmydooley @

@fiannafailparty bring in free school books for Leaving Certificate. That is where the real cost is. Junior Cycle books are way cheaper than Leaving Cert. If brought in for Junior Cert free books should also be brought in for LC
