The population of Las Vegas is only 2,400, and they have no clue how they will accommodate so many visitors.

@100YearsAgoLive Spofforth died in Long Ditton, Surrey, just across the Thames from Hampton Court. He'd lived in England since marrying his wife Phillis in Derbyshire in 1886. He'd been looking forward to this summer's Ashes series, having inspired "The Ashes" back in 1882.
