A constitutional petition filed in the Balochistan High court for the safe release of Wahid kamber baloch . The writ petition got admitted today by Chief Justice Hashim kakar and orders were passed for the issuance of notices to the relevant authorities to summon them .

Today I submitted the constitutional petition of my father, Wahid Qamber Baloch, to the high court of Balochistan and the petition was admitted by the judge, Notices for the whereabouts of Wahid Kamber Baloch has been issued to the concerned state authorities and state agencies. Further the case will be handled by my sister Advocate @Sharib60. We will demand the safe release of my father to the last and want his immediate release.

Enforced disappearance of Baloch youth has become a routine business for the State’s security forces. In the last few days five cases of forced abductions have been reported. The victims include:

•Akhtar Shah son of Hussain Shah and Sahaj Mengal son of Muhammad Hanif were forcibly abducted from Pandrani area of Kalat on the night of 23rd September.
•Musa Khaliqdad and Sameer Majeed were forcibly disappeared near Dasht, Doro military check point while traveling from Gwadar.
•Hamid Khan son of Khan Muhammad, a resident of Buleda, Kech and a student of Sociology Department, University of Sargodha was enforcedly disappeared from Sargodha, Punjab last night.

The systematic policy of the State to suppress dissent and instill fear among the Baloch has created an abyss which is swallowing the youth. Enforced disappearances must be resisted by all segments of the Baloch nation in order to sustain their physical existence.

کوہ سلیمان تمن بزدار کے علاقے مبارکی میں تین چھوٹی بیٹیاں ڈیم میں ڈوب کر جان کے بازی ہارگئی۔ تینوں ننھی بچیوں 5th کلاس میں پڑھ رھی تھیں۔ تینوں بچیاں آپس میں 2 سگی بہنیں اور ایک کزن ھے۔
تینوں بچیاں اپنے رشتے داروں کی شادی میں شرکت کیلئے گئی ھوئی تھیں
