@jamesldowns don’t ask me how often i‘ve heard that! 😱🤦♀️ in my experience classic cbt throw-out when therap don’t know how to help! then responsibility is given back to patient.i know this is quite an extreme view & doing things certainly helps but u already do enough.u r enough!❤️
