He went home told his mom he had a great day, and they opened their email to find the school was closing. THATS how unaware we were. We were holding kindergarten jump up day that day! #savewscs

@WXIIMeredith @WXII Yesterday 9/10th grade students offered to cancel their upcoming educational trip to Atlanta and put all that money from the trip towards our campaign. Dr. Wolfe told them we will continue to educate them including these trips but their hearts are SO BIG. #savewscs

@WXIIMeredith @WXII I feel as though these statements paint an inaccurate picture of the financial viability of our school and the transfers of funds between the two. We are financially viable. Also I find the third paragraph interesting in light of all of this. I love my school, I love my students.

Dr. W made plans to move that he shared openly with @WSFirst They promised TIME & a small portion of the sale of the property that we have rented and lived on for 40 years and never indicated until Thurs that we would receive neither. #savewscs

@inablinkblog @WXIIMeredith @WakeForest @WXII @wsfirst We were told in the announcement faculty meeting that @WakeForest decided that we needed to be out by Aug 1. According to the article in @JournalNow they have no immediate plans for the property and negotiated 3 years for the church to stay. We are hoping to extend the timeline!
