The court has granted the order that set aside the HPCSA’s guilty finding and fine; the court also set aside any further steps, charge sheet or referral to a conduct committee.
And the court dismissed the complaint by Zionists. Liberation is the goal.
Aluta Continua.

Political affiliation should have no place in our sport. Many are rightfully upset about Mrembulo acknowledging the Economic Freedom Fighters. The EFF came out in numbers, I greeted them publicly as well.The player intended no malice. The atmosphere was one of unity.
Announcing the Mayibuye Consultation Process in June 2025 and founding Afrika Mayibuye Movement on the 5th of September 2026 was part of the most important decisions in the politics of South Africa.
There’s no rational basis for relating with the Gupta criminal syndicate and some of us vehemently rejected any association with the Guptas and an impression was created that there’s been a surgical cut of all relations with the Guptas.
Afrika Mayibuye Movement is the only genuine hope for the people of South Africa. Others are failed liberations projects, cults let by imposters, self enrichment projects.
Association with and embrace of the Gupta criminal syndicate is an absolute NO.
André Ruyter explains how Australia can fix South Africa's high electricity prices

Hi @ExclusiveBooks your manager at Melrose Arch branch tells me to remove my handbag from my lap and put it where he can see it for “security” reasons. Of course he can’t explain what the security issue is. @ExclusiveBooks kindly clarify why my bag is a security threat.
KHULUMA ISIZULU😜😅🤣
Aw guys… why am I only seeing this now? 😭
So the Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Tshavheni, gets booed in Vosloorus hostels because she can’t address the crowd isiZulu?
Ahh, so now we’ve unlocked a new rule in South Africa — your ID must come with a language setting before you can speak in public?
Today it’s "you can’t speak isiZulu," tomorrow it’s "you’re not from this province," next week it’s "wrong surname, please exit the stage" 😅
This is how tribalism quietly creeps in… one small moment at a time, until suddenly being Venda or Tsonga is treated like a disqualification.
Meanwhile, the real issues are sitting there like 👀 untouched.
But sure… let’s fight each other over accents and languages. That will definitely fix the country 🙃
Twist our words. Misrepresent our position. Call us whatever names you want. Accuse us of things we have never said. It changes nothing.
We will never under any circumstances stand with a xenophobic agenda that turns the poor against the poor while the real architects of poverty, unemployment, inequality and criminality walk free.
We know what it means when mobs take the law into their own hands. We have seen it before - the humiliation, the terror, the burning of homes, the destruction of lives in broad daylight while the rule of law collapses. That is not justice. That is a descent into barbarism.
We refuse to celebrate that. We refuse to be silent about it. We refuse to normalise it.
Our country was not built on hatred. It was built on struggle, on solidarity, on the belief that an injury to one is an injury to all. When we allow violence against the most vulnerable, we are tearing apart the very fabric of our democracy.
We will not be part of turning South Africa into a skunk of the world again, a place feared by the world and unsafe for its own people. We will stand, firmly and unapologetically, for humanity, for justice, and for the rule of law, no matter how loudly we are insulted for it. These videos do not represent us - we are ashamed!
Dear Mrs Zuma,
Let us deal with facts, history, and political method - not slogans.
The phrase “America First” sounds persuasive only if it is never interrogated. The moment you examine policy and outcomes, it collapses.
Under Donald Trump, the defining economic intervention was the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, signed on 22 December 2017. It permanently reduced the corporate tax rate from 35% to 21%, while worker relief was temporary and time-bound.
That is not a technical adjustment. It is a structural decision about which class the state serves. Capital secured permanent gains. Workers received temporary concessions.
The outcomes are not theoretical; they are measurable.
In 2018 alone, US corporations spent $806 billion on share buybacks. That money did not go into new factories, expanding employment, or raising wages. It inflated share prices and rewarded shareholders.
At the same time, the commanding heights of US capitalism have been shedding labour at a large scale. Amazon cut over 27,000 jobs. Meta Platforms cut over 20,000. Google cut around 12,000. Industrial firms like Ford Motor Company and General Motors continue restructuring through layoffs.
This is not an anomaly. It is how the system operates.
Who actually gained from the America First myth: Trump-era and aligned oligarchic friends
* Jeff Bezos
$72bn (2017) → $177bn (2021)
* Elon Musk
$13–20bn (2017) → $150bn+ (2021 range)
* Mark Zuckerberg
$56bn (2017) → $97bn (2021)
* Stephen Schwarzman
Close Trump ally; major gains through favourable tax and financial conditions
* Carl Icahn
The adviser benefited from deregulation and market shifts
* Peter Thiel
Early backer; major gains through tech expansion
This is not a coincidence. It is policy-driven accumulation.
So the contradiction is stark, Mrs Zuma:
workers face layoffs and insecurity, while their bosses accumulate at a historic scale.
If “America First” were worker-centred, we would see rising wages, secure employment, and stronger protections. Instead, we see restructuring, which translates into job cuts, and worker resistance - including the 2023 strike by the United Auto Workers.
That is the material reality. So please don't repeat the slogan'Americans First' unless you will show that it was ordinary people who benefited from it.
The assertion that African unity emerged after the defeat of apartheid in 1994 is not just incorrect; it ignores decades of documented political thought and struggle.
African unity was articulated, theorised, and fought for long before South Africa’s transition.
Here are a few examples:
Robert Sobukwe
April 1959 — PAC Inaugural Address
“We aim… at government of the Africans by the Africans for the Africans… with everybody who owes his only loyalty to Africa… being regarded as an African.”
Patrice Lumumba of the DRC
30 June 1960: Independence Speech
“Africa will write its own history… it will be a history of glory and dignity.”
Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana
24 May 1963: Founding of the OAU
“The forces that unite us are intrinsic and greater than the superimposed influences that keep us apart.”
1963 — Africa Must Unite
“We must unite now or perish.”
Julius Nyerere of Tanzania
Early 1960s
“Unity will not make us rich, but it can make it difficult for Africa to be disregarded and humiliated.”
Amílcar Cabral - Guiné-Bissau
1969
“Tell no lies… expose lies whenever they are told.”
Steve Biko - A South African
1971
“The most potent weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed.”
Thomas Sankara from Burkina Faso
4 October 1984 — United Nations
“Our enemies are those who exploit us, not those who share our poverty.”
The historical record is clear
By:
* 1959 - Sobukwe had defined African unity politically
* 1960 - Lumumba asserted African destiny
* 1963 - Nkrumah institutionalised continental unity
This is a continuous tradition of thought and struggle spanning decades before 1994.
