Last year Essex Fire's Rural Builders visited villages across Uttlesford and Braintree, knocked on nearly 3500 doors, booked free home fire safety visits fitting free smoke alarms and gave crime prevention advice to help reduce the fear of crime @EssexPFCC@ECFRS @CPTBraintUttles
