We are sad to share news that our longtime friend and colleague former Kellogg visiting fellow @malahtun (Fall 2004) has passed away after a long battle with cancer. Our prayers and sympathy are with her husband Doug, their three children, and the community at @UNM, where she was a professor of political science. May she rest in peace.
The world, and particularly the field of gender and politics is poorer by the loss of Dr. Mala Htun, a brilliant political scientist and an incredibly kind human being. May her memory be a blessing.
