Congratulations to 2019 graduate Steve Morphew on his new job with Bluff Dale ISD. Stevie will be teaching science, P.E. and he will coach girls basketball. Stevie received his B.S. in Sports Management and was the class valedictorian, he was also a member of the baseball team!
2019 graduate Caleb Wood and member of the Royals baseball team had a fruitful summer. Caleb married his high school sweetheart in July, and has also received a job working with Rocky Mountain Civil Excavation in Colorado. Congratulations Caleb! #BeRoyal
Baseball gets another W, beating DCC 16-3. Freshman Kyle Ramey got the win, pitching 6 innings and not allowing a hit through 5. Junior Steve Morphew went 3-3 with 4 RBI. Matt Garrison, Dane Clark & Robbie Rodriguez all had multiple hits. Clark & Garrison each had multiple RBI.

Congrats to my former team @EC_Baseball_ and former AC @MattMcCue15 who’s now the HC for knocking off NAIA #25 LSU-S and (RV) Texas Wesleyan University this weekend. This year’s team and the program overall has been built for success. Really proud of all the players and coaches.
This weekend’s games against Graceland have been cancelled. The Royals are on the road next weekend when the play both LSU-Shreveport and Texas Wesleyan on Friday and Saturday.

OF Coy Fox comes to us from Springfield, MO and Parkview High School. Coy is majoring in Psychology with a desire to work with special needs kids. In 3 starts in RF over the weekend, Fox drove in 5 runs and had 1 outfield assist.

INF Wyatt Moss comes to us from Joshua, TX. Wyatt is going through his red-shirt year this spring. Wyatt is majoring in Sports Management.

RHP Mike Novak is originally from Springdale, AR and comes to us from Homeschool via EC Prep. Mike is majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Business. Novak earned a spot on the dean's list for his academic performance this past fall

RHP Kyle Ramey comes to us from Nixa, MO. He is currently Majoring in Business Administration in Management. Kyle got his first college start against Dallas Christian over the weekend and earned the win going 5 innings, giving up 5 hits, 1 ER, 1 K, and 2 BB's.

1B/P Ryan Stovall is originally from Gatesville, TX. He is a member of the Dean's list from the fall and is majoring in Sports Management. Over the weekend Ryan pitched three scoreless innings in relief against Hannibal-LaGrange.

SS Jacob Syrus comes to us from Alvarado, TX. Jacob is currently majoring in Sports Management. Jacob went 1-1 over the weekend with a line drive single and a run scored.

C Josh Ortiz comes to us from Guaraba, Puerto Rico. Josh is a 4.0 student currently majoring in Psychology. Josh walked in his only at bat this weekend.
