Even on late-afternoon runs, warm lunch is sometimes causing reflux for me… And how about side stitches?
@DrJ_surgeon@Brady_H Yup. Plus stress of a fresh vaccination / a viral infection, this made me faint and end up w/ paramedics / at the ER. The cardiologist diagnosed Benign Early Repolarisation at rest, vanishing under exercise effort.🤷♂️

@RunnerBeck Some (Half-)Marathon events I've participated in (Hamburg, Hannover) accept personalized bottles for the aid stations, also for non-elites. Same for several smaller local events, just you’ll have to put them there yourself before.
