Very proud to have graduated as a Nursing Associate. Onto my next big challenge, starting in A&E with a new trust. Thank you to everyone in @PennineCareNHS , it’s been an amazing journey over nearly 7 years from recruitment and HR to a registered NA. ♥️
Last day in uni ... thank you @UniOSalfordTNA@PennineCareNHS and to my fellow TNA's.
An extremely challenging two years!
But we did it!!.. so much love for you all, couldn't of done it without you all 🤩Sept 2020 - we smashed it! 🤩
Today we had a fantastic time with our #Sept20#TNA cohort on their teamwork and peer to peer learning day! We really enjoyed the sessions & your willingness to engage & have fun 💛😁
I’ve accepted a Nursing Associates job in the Emergency Department - a BIG change from my experiences in mental health. Equal parts excitement and terror at the moment 🏥👩🏼⚕️
Found a drawing in my piles of paper from my 1st placement on 65+ inpatient, the patient was a musician who happened to play the same instrument I did in high school brass band, a lot of time was spent telling stories and finding YouTube performances to show me! 🎺☺️
It’s been 1 year since my first day in the #TNA role on placement and I can’t believe I’ve gone from working in admin with no care experience to being 1/2 way to qualifying and feeling confident in my practice. Roll on placement 4 😆
Submitted my final bits for 1st year and it’s now DONE! ✅ 1 week at Willow Wood and 3 long days stand between me and placement 3 being over. I can’t believe how quickly it has flown by😁 #TraineeNursingAssociate
Placement 2 of 6 done. Thank you to the lovely team on South ward for all the encouragement and teaching for the past 4 months, I appreciate it more than you could know! @ct130185@PennineCareNHS
