@RoyalCaribbean Not on the ship anymore. I’m back home thank god. I called and after multiple departments, I was able to get issue resolve with the new booking, but still the smell of Grandeur of The Seas, it is bad.
@RoyalCaribbean im had a very bad experience on the grandeur of the seas (ship should get retire) and currently having another bad experience with customer service trying to book a cruise to a previous ship I did… I might just start doing the @DisneyCruise…
