What we ignore and deny resurfaces, sometimes in another form but it rises again.
Face the issue. Pay attention even when it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient.
There is a difference between being accountable and being exposed. One is by choice (humility), the other is by force (humiliation). In 2020 we have seen more the pressure of exposure than voluntary accountability. The issue with exposure is it incites damage control, not change.

Happy Father's Day!
Whether by biology or by being a role model & inspiration, we celebrate you. You deserve more credit than society cares to give you, but while we work to change the narrative, today we say Thank You! We love you. We see you. We appreciate you.
I love the honesty in this post.
This generation can change the narrative and trajectory of the next. Let's create space for one another, both males and females, to be open and candidly talk about things. Let's heal inflicted and inherited wounds. Hope is never lost #withGod

"It ran in my family until it ran into me."
Let generational habits, dysfunction and trauma stop here and stop now.
We can go through our process of healing so our children can enjoy the fruits of our found freedom.
