Shame on @zomatocare Ordered a birthday cake (₹811 wd ₹151 delivery), received it damaged inside a sealed package. Support says delivery partner confirmed proper handover — how was the inside of a sealed box verified? Reported within 15 mins, shared 7–8 photos,still rejected.
@DaikinIndia worst service and customer care , shameless people , premature failure of components , low grade parts , no assistance , buy your a/c and forget that the company exists , shame !
@DaikinIndia multiple complaints past 4-5 days but no response , very bad service , i have multiple conpaint numbers too but no response . Please intervene and help if you can and you wish to.
