@addien90s Sesak nafas malam2, pergi kt doctor. Doc diagnosed, anxiety. Tak tahu apa sebab boleh trigger, rupanya I was too worried about life. What, when, how, why me etc Doc rawat, nasihat, and ajar ayat ni. Not saying sembuh terus, but at least I know I'm not alone.
