Julie Hamilton talked to Kasia about nursing recruitment and how it is important to her that staff feel recognised and heard so they want to work at the trust.

Julie said: “To make sure we have safe staffing across the whole organisation we've had a real focus over the past few years on recruitment and retention. Feeling well staffed and having your colleagues all around you helps you to feel safe but also helps you to have that resilience to keep going."
