jusko kung commuter kayo, ramdam na ramdam niyo yan. kung hindi kayo affected sa increase ng gas at ng pamasahe, damn, what a life,
pero you can really feel the struggling economy we are facing right now. dagdag niyo pa yung baha, init, at air quality.
sobrang lubog natin.
Sobrang pangit ng economy ng PH now. If u’re not affected & u can’t feel it, good for u.
But if u’re paying utilities, groceries, or filling up with gas/fuel, u know how heavy everything has become.
hope we all make it through, coz I don’t know where we’re headed in the next
makes me realize how bad the idolatry in the philippines is because wdym there are people idolizing a groomer, an athlete who happened to die young, and corrupt families who are stealing billions of pesos? mamatay na lang talaga tayong lahat. 😭
I sometimes forget that what bts are doing in terms of longevity isn’t normal😭like a 13 year old group shouldn’t be going this strong, setting records + gaining new fans + have the original lineup intact let alone still being the #1 group
the romanticisation of drugs needs to fucking end, half of you haven’t got a clue that prolonged ketamine use can absolutely fuck your bladder to the point you’re pissing through a fucking catheter. chat to me then when that happens
why do filipinos love to latch on to bare minimum representation
then turn around and say “it’s too in-your-face” to something that represents us more than just food or racially ambiguous character?
“Uy pilipins” until it’s actually in the philippines 🙄
DO NOT LET FILIPINO FOLKLORE DIE LET THESE KIDS GROW UP IN FEAR OF DUWENDES, KAPRES AND ASWANGS!!!!!!
sincerely, someone whose mom said I am a dwarf’s bride which led me to getting sick often as a kid
Some are saying #ForgottenIsland was overpacked with Filipino references… WELL DUH you’re Pinoy and you’ll notice even the tiniest ones, but non-Pinoys won’t catch everything so to them, some of those references are just punchlines and fluff. 😒
but if we were to water down the Filipino references, then how can we truly claim it as Filipino? we take in so much of the media that is far from our own culture, but we don't complain about it. it's time we be as unapologetic about our roots on a global scale.
Brother, so many movies are heavily culturally rooted. Look at Coco, Encanto, or Moana. Nobody says those are 'too in your face.' Why is displaying culture suddenly a bad thing when it’s a Philippine based movie? That’s a really odd thing to say.
