@AmazonHelp I spoke to 3 different agents and got crap answers. I pay for prime and have paid for my items, yet I have to assume that they are still on the truck and not stolen though they say delivered.

According to @amazon your delivery driver can mark your package as delivered and it not be delivered. Then you have to wait 24 hours before it’s considered lost or stolen...SERIOUSLY?!? What’s the purpose of tracking if you can lie about delivery???
