The EFF is calling on motorists and the public to cancel their Cartrack tracking services.

The party members demonstrated outside the company's headquarters in Rosebank following a fatal workplace incident at the offices.

Last Saturday, Cartrack employee Gcina Dhladhla reportedly collapsed and died in a toilet cubicle at the company's headquarters.

The Red Berets argue that Cartrack should have suspended operations for a day to mourn Dhladhla.

The party also alleges that the company has created divisions within the Dhladhla family by making different promises to different family members.

Meanwhile, Cartrack management has strongly denied allegations that Dhladhla informed her supervisor that she was seriously ill and was instructed to continue working. PM

#JohannesburgSubregionB today picketed at #Cartrack Headquarters in Rosebank, demanding justice for the late #GcinaDhladhla. She passed away after a period of illness, having endured inhumane working conditions and intense pressure imposed on her by her employer, Cartrack.

EFF Subregion B & D visited the Mnisi family on 25 Feb. Manqoba's mother described finding her son's body with serious head injuries & injuries to the neck/jaw—as if strangled by an object. This contradicts the school's version.
