EFF Picket To Constitutional Court For Phala Phala Case.

The EFF is seeking relief from the Constitutional Court stating that the decision to reject the Independent Panel Report by Judge Sandile Ncgobo, which stated that there was prima facie evidence that Cyril Ramaphosa had a case to answer for in relation to millions of US dollars found at his farm hidden inside sofas and later stolen, was wrong.

-For too long, corruption has eroded away at the fabric of our public institutions. The time has come for the PSC to take a stand and actively enforce systems that clean government of corruption and inefficiency. As the EFF we expect the commission to play a vital role in addressing the long-standing issues of gender equity and diversity within the public sector. A fair and inclusive government starts from within, and the PSC has the power to make this a reality. It is something that we advocate for and implement within the ranks of our organisation as the EFF and the time has come for it to spill over into public service.
