Rooks are going to be insanely OP after some of these Faction upgrades... The 'scav' shells are going to be the backbone of some peoples play sessions.

- CYAC Capstone IV - Rook will now start runs with a small amount of credits in addition to their basic gear

- CYAC Fixative.exe - ROOK Gains an increased chance of finding Matter Fixatives when defeating USEC (this lets you keep the broken gear you start with)

- NUCAL Capstone I - ROOK will start runs with a Patch Kit and Shield Charge

- TRAXUS Capstone I - ROOK will now start runs with Enhanced (green) weapon

- MIDA Capstone I - ROOK will now start runs with a STACK of Claymores (WTF?!?)

- ARACHNE Capstone I - Rook will now start runs with Implants

- ARACHNE Capstone IV - Rook will now start runs with WSTR Combat Shotgun and MIPS Rounds

- SEKGEN CAPSTONE I - Rook will now start runs with Runner Cores

- SEKGEN CAPSTONE V - Rook Gains the effects of Signal Mask after activating an exfil (their ability to be invisible to UESC)
