I appreciate that 🫶🏻 I really did love the idea of Cedar Summer Games. Just wanted to lift up everyone’s spirits. I would love it if we can give that another go this summer. I don’t have a ton of money but I would be happy to donate a couple grand for rewards to make that happen. 💜

Extremely rough roads ahead. I imagine atlas is running out of money and legal support for CDR is not cheap. Really there needs to be a true altseason to happen to help fund a potential multi year crypto slump. We shot ourselves in the foot when we sold most of our altcoins in the reserves. I tried to warn Sam but of course he thought he was right. Even tho his track record with being right, about literally anything, is unfathomable low. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah that really annoyed the hell out of me. But yeah I 100% agree. The project would be in a much better place and the project could even begin working on other utilities and not depend on the success of a wallet that’s struggling to get finished. And I wish we just stuck with the original tax and rewards mechanics from the EGC days. Sometimes simple is better.

@CedarDAO If we do sell at launch, I would like there to be another vote to either do a buy back and burn of cedar or throw the profits into the rewards system as usdc. Just a thought. But thanks for bringing this proposal to the community.

Stepping down from my committee role was an incredibly difficult decision. I was eager to contribute my ideas and energy to shape the DAO structure and create an engaging, enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Unfortunately, the stress of the role began affecting not only me but also my loved ones, making this decision necessary, though deeply disappointing. I have immense respect for the team enduring the intense pressures, both now and throughout the journey. While I’m stepping away from my role, I remain committed to the community and will continue supporting the project as an active community member to the best of my ability. I have full confidence that the current committee and Cedar team will achieve their goals. Heartfelt thanks to the team and the Cedar community! 🫶

@LeftyCurved @GeckoTerminal Yes but the projects that choose to do that don’t have priority and could take a very long time to get listed. And the community was pushing for it to get done. It’s not ideal, but that’s the crypto world that we live in. Pay to play.
