@curtisPLTW @MrsCundari 2nd this. I also found limiting the horizontal movement of the followers in the guides helps a lot, essentially eliminate “wiggle room.” Standardize cam size, too big jam, too small jam. I have made a demo/test box that I can test cams and guides as I print or laser cut them.
