This is a rare clip showing elements of Egypt's S-300VM Antey-2500 batteries somewhere in Russia nearly a decade ago - I think I initially found this on Russian social media in ~2017, so right around the time when they began delivering them to Egypt.
France has delivered three more Rafales (DM25 I DM27 I EM16) to the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) a few days ago, which are part of Egypt’s second order of 30 Rafales placed in 2021. Egypt was the first export customer for both the Dassault Rafale and the Mirage 2000 back under President Mubarak, and was one of the largest operators of the Mirage V as well.
“Small Projects” (they literally manufactured one then launched it via a Chinese rocket not too long ago)..also “Two states that spent the war learning how exposed they are without eyes in orbit” this is misleading since Egypt did have spy satellites since the 2000s - it’s best to research the topic at hand before you post about it, it’s ok to be wrong.
Here’s a closer view of an EAF F16D Block 52 (#9821) at Konya Air Base with the Turkish SDT ACMI pods on each wingtip’s hardpoint - I believe it’s the first time we see them integrated with Egyptian fighter jets.
The Egyptian F16C/D Block 52s at Konya Air Base were also equipped with the Turkish SDT ACMI (Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation) pods which are used for advanced air-to-air & air-to-ground training where the pods simulate real-time combat scenarios; that’s aside from the AN/AAQ-33 Sniper ATPs they came with.
Türkiye once manufactured 46 F-16C/D Block 40s for Egypt between 1993~1995 back when H.E. Air Marshal Ahmed Shafik was still the Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) under President Mubarak [Peace Vector IV Program].

The F16C/D Block 52s that Egypt sent to Türkiye are part of the final batch of 20 F16 Fighting Falcons to be ordered under President Mubarak back in 2009, with the final four jets being delivered in 2015. Egypt sent at least five F16C/D Block 52s (9821-9760-9761-9763-9764) to Konya Air Base this time, and this comes right after the Turkish Air Force had also held joint exercises in Egypt just a couple of weeks ago.
That media pic today of GIS Director Hassan Rashad & MIT Director İbrahim Kalın was taken here [39°54'19.36"N 32°40'01.69"E] at the sprawling MIT HQ in the Turkish capital of Ankara; it’s nicknamed “The Fortress” (“KALE”). They also met figures from Palestinian factions such as Hamas leaders Khalil El Haya and Khaled Meshaal and discussed other key issues in Libya & Sudan etc - very interesting dynamic.
Minister Hassan Rashad, the Director of Egypt’s General Intelligence Service (GIS), is also in the Turkish capital of Ankara today for talks with their intelligence services (MIT) headed by İbrahim Kalın - remember, İbrahim Kalın was in Cairo a couple of weeks ago and so was their Foreign Minister (ex-MIT Director) Hakan Fidan. Seems as if there’s a Cairo~Ankara intelligence axis on Sudan, Libya, Horn of Africa, Israel/Palestine etc..
The U.S.-based Associated Press @AP reported that GIS Director Hassan Rashad had a line of communication open with the new Commander-in-Chief of Iran’s IRGC, General Ahmed Vahidi, noting that Supreme Leader Khamenei had been in “deep hiding”. They also said that Egypt & Turkey kept states like Saudi Arabia from joining the war just as Pakistan etc mediated the talks [I guess limited reciprocal air strikes on Iran weren’t seen as a major escalation].
