@DRFHersh@DRFHersh just a general question of something I’ve seen across different race tracks, a horse obviously not running in a written race and a higher end jockey will accept the mount anyway: what is the purpose of that?
BJH is my boy and this is crazy in so many ways. I’ve never met him personally but follow enough to take some guesses on this and they all stink. I know he will do fine but he this was a monopoly in the entry box and to be completely dumped after that level of winning is absurd
Frank Bernis, the longtime agent for Brian Hernandez, confirmed earlier this week that Kenny McPeek had decided to go in a different direction for now. McPeek said that he planned to name other riders on his horses and has recently given business to Manny Esquivel and a handful of other jockeys.
