Introducing Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, the first three portfolios powered by BlackRock.
Ondo Intelligent Portfolios introduces a new onchain product category: curated investment portfolios delivered as single onchain transferable tokens.
The first three portfolios are based on portfolio strategies developed by BlackRock for Ondo, marking the first time eligible onchain investors can access exposure to such strategies through a single token.
1. BLKHIon: Ondo High Income Powered by BlackRock
2. BLKDIGon: Ondo Diversified Growth Powered by BlackRock
3. BLKGRWon: Ondo High Growth Powered by BlackRock
Diversified, professionally constructed strategies have historically required brokerage accounts and traditional fund structures. Now, delivered as peer-to-peer transferable tokens from Ondo, these onchain portfolios become accessible to eligible non-US investors in permitted jurisdictions through the wallets, exchanges, and DeFi applications they already use.
“Tokenization creates new ways for portfolio strategies to be delivered through digital infrastructure. Diversified portfolio strategies can be incorporated into tokenized investment products, enabling eligible investors to access diversified allocations through a single instrument. It shows how established portfolio construction approaches can be delivered through new channels and technologies.” - Lisa O’Connor, Global Head of the Model Portfolio Solutions team and Co-CIO for Global Solutions within the Multi-Asset Strategies group at BlackRock
Ondo Intelligent Portfolios can unlock novel capabilities:
→ Programmatic rebalancing
→ Full composability with DeFi
→ Complete transparency onchain
→ Multiple asset classes in a single token
This is just the start for Ondo Intelligent Portfolios. The infrastructure is now in place for leading financial institutions to bring their asset allocation expertise onchain.
Tokenization Creates Assets. Markets Require Structure.
As tokenized equities move from issuance to use, the harder problem is no longer representation — it is making fragmented assets, liquidity, risk and execution intelligible.

Over time, we see EHC DEX evolving from market intelligence into an intelligent routing layer for tokenized equities.
The goal is to understand the asset and its liquidity first, then make execution decisions with a fuller view of cost and risk.

$300M is a meaningful milestone for onchain RWAs.
As markets scale, the next challenge is keeping liquidity visible, risk legible and execution comparable across chains and venues.
Size shows a market can form. Connectivity determines how far it can grow.
Going beyond stocks means going beyond issuance.
Each RWA has its own cash flows, liquidity and transfer rules. Infrastructure must preserve those differences while enabling distribution and financing.
Tokenization creates supply. Credit and liquidity create utility.
incredibly excited for @kamino to usher in a wave of new users and new assets that have longed for new infra enabling distribution, credit, and liquidity for all sorts of RWAs. Thinking way bigger than just crypto and stocks.
A good route can’t be judged by the visible price alone.
Depth, slippage, fees, gas, cross-market costs and execution constraints can all change the outcome.
The cheapest quote and the cheapest trade are not always the same thing.

Fragmented liquidity eventually creates a routing problem.
Not because traders need more venues, but because choosing between those venues becomes harder as the market grows.
#MarketStructure#RWA
The signal isn't that crypto is talking about tokenized stocks. It's that Wall Street is starting to ask how the float works.
Narratives begin inside the industry. Adoption starts when the questions come from outside it.
Risk infrastructure shouldn’t tell users what to think.
It should make the relevant information easier to inspect: who issued the asset, how it’s held, how redemption works, and where liquidity risk sits.
Better visibility makes better analysis possible.

What stands out isn't any single launch. It's that the stack is starting to connect.
BTC becomes collateral. USDC becomes the cash leg. Real-world shares become onchain inventory.
RWA becomes market structure when capital can move across those layers.

✍️ Market Commentary
@circle has launched Digital Asset-Backed Borrowing (DABB) for institutional investors.
The structure lets institutions deposit BTC into Circle Mint, receive cirBTC as a 1:1 backed token, and use it as collateral on onchain protocols like @Morpho to borrow @USDC.
What stands out is @Morpho's position in the middle of this flow. It keeps showing up as a core bridge between traditional finance and onchain credit.
If @Morpho eventually activates a fee switch, this could become another growth driver for the protocol.
Assets move onchain one class at a time. Capital won't stay in silos.
As issuance scales, cash, Treasuries, credit and equities need to work together across portfolios, collateral and settlement.
Tokenization grows supply. Interoperability compounds utility.
Crypto-ready is more than putting an asset in a wallet.
Underwriting, cash-flow timing, liquidity terms and redemption mechanics all need to be visible and comparable onchain.
Yield may create demand. Structure determines whether it lasts.

Things are heating up!
Digital securities are only one side of the trade. The cash leg matters just as much.
As assets move across networks, trusted money and interoperability become part of the same market structure.
Tokenization changes the rails. Settlement keeps them credible.
As finance becomes more digital, it will depend more, not less, on trusted central bank money, says Executive Board member Piero Cipollone.
In an op-ed for @TheEconomist, he discusses the key role of central bank money in tokenised finance https://t.co/AioutzaoBJ
Transparency and safety are not the same thing.
Better data can make risk easier to see, compare and monitor. It doesn’t make the underlying dependencies disappear.
That’s an important distinction for RWA markets.
#TokenizedEquities#Risk
A stock is more than a ticker and price. Dividends, splits and ownership rules change its state.
Standards encode the lifecycle. Aggregation works only when it can be read consistently across issuers, chains and venues.
Tokenization creates assets. Shared state creates a market
Stocks are not static
They pay dividends, split, and carry ownership rules. Most token standards were not designed to handle these changes
B20 handles all of it natively
Stocks are just one use case, and it's why Coinbase Tokenized Stocks are built on B20
Moving an asset onchain doesn’t move all of its risk onchain with it.
Tokenized equities can still depend on issuers, custodians, legal structures and redemption mechanisms that exist outside the chain.
RWA infrastructure has to understand both sides.
#RWA#Risk
Our approach starts with standardization.
Build a consistent view of the asset first. Then use that foundation to make liquidity, cost and risk easier to understand.
AI is more useful when the underlying data already makes sense.

24/7 trading changes more than market hours. It changes what the market needs.
Liquidity has to remain discoverable across venues, pools and chains while compliance and market controls still hold.
Opening the market is step one. Preserving execution quality is step two.
A token price can tell you what the market is quoting.
It can’t tell you everything about what you own.
Issuer, custody, audit, redemption terms and contract permissions all matter when the token represents an offchain asset.
#Tokenization#RWA
More assets are moving onchain. The harder work starts after issuance.
As institutional products enter public networks, market structure matters more: consistent asset data, visible liquidity, comparable risk, and a clearer understanding of where execution actually happens.
