We’ve been trying for a YEAR to get a meter installed by National Grid. This is NOT a new building—they have all the info. Tenant has had no heat for 2 winters. Nadesha Smith has been assigned the whole time with zero resolution. This is unacceptable. @nationalgridNY

@nationalgrid How is it possible that I was being charged such high amounts when all of the breakers were completely shut off during the winter and the property has remained vacant? The bill has now returned to its normal amount.
