The Tigers were the only team in the Lockport sectional to have all 6 players shoot in the 70s, but fall just short in advancing to state. Quinn Berning will make the trip north this weekend with a 3rd place overall finish of 72 (+1). Congratulations on a great season.
A Very BIG thank you to Sunset Hills CC, Jon DePriest and especially Dr.Hightower for giving our kids a memorable experience at SHCC for the inaugural Superintendent’s Challenge. A perfect way for seniors to finish high school careers while also raising money for PGA Hope.
Tigers survive and advance to the sectional, led by a career postseason low round by 3rd place overall finisher Sam Shaw.

Tigers finish the regular season with a 4th place finish in the 18 team Althoff Invitational at SCCC. They were led by Brian Cooper’s 5th place overall finish with a 72. Postseason begins with the regional on Wednesday.
The Tigers retain the cup in 2025… the Arnie cup, with a score of 8.5 points out of a possible 24.
They were led with two points each by career low days from Sam Shaw (71) and freshman Drew Capron (77).

JV Tigers finish in 2nd (311) and 4th place in the 17 team Jv futures invite at Tamarack golf course. The Tigers were led by first place overall finisher Joel Fields (73), ninth place Aiden Flavio (79), and tenth place Luke Maxim (80).

Tigers finish 5th of 18 teams in the UHigh Invitational at Weibring golf course in Bloomington. They were led by Sam Shaw’s 3 over 74 which was good enough for 14th place overall. They were also helped by Owen Berning’s - 75 (21st) and Bennett Briggs -76 (22nd) place
The Tigers needed and received a complete team effort to finish 3rd out of 30 teams in a loaded field at the two day Pekin Invite. They were led by Brian Cooper’s 7th overall finish of 147. Tigers set a new season low 295 on day 1 at Pekin CC.
Congratulations to Aiden Flavio on his second hole in one in less than a year at the Belleville East Yorktown invitational. This is the 4th hole in one in the last two seasons for a Tiger.

Tigers finish 5th out of 33 teams with a 622 at the Mattoon Invitational. They were led by Bennett Briggs’ best career finish T-11/198 players. (74-75)
Tigers finish 3rd and 8th in the 22 team Dick Gerber Invite. They were led by a career low round (-3) 69 from Brian Cooper, finishing 10th place overall (148), Owen Berning 10th overall (148) and Sam Shaw’s 12th place overall finish of (149). Thank you Belk Park for hosting.
Day 1 of the Dick Gerber in the books with a very tight leaderboard heading into day 2. We would like to thank Timber Lakes golf course for being a first class host and treating all 134 of us amazing. It was a great test. Day 2 at Belk Park tomorrow.

The Tigers hung on for second place against a tough field and very tough golf course in the 19 team Tee Off Classic at Spencer T.Olin. The Tigers were led by medalist Brian Cooper with a 73 and his first ever high school win in the 100 player tournament. Congratulations
Edwardsville Tigers tie their best finish ever at the Lockport two-man by finishing 4th of 17 teams in one of the more competitive JV tournaments in the state, shooting a two man score of 226. Scoring for the Tigers were:
