Culture isn't about the posters hanging on the wall in the locker room. Culture is about what your players are doing when they're hanging out in the locker room.

5 Winning Mindsets
1. Winners compete in practice.
2. Winners prepare for pressure.
3. Winners communicate clearly.
4. Winners protect the standard.
5. Winners lift others.
Winning is a choice.
Make it daily!
Culture is built in habits. Not speeches.
Your pregame talk doesn’t build culture.
Monday’s practice does.
Tuesday’s standard does.
What you allow every single day does.
Speeches inspire. Habits build.

"Victory is in inches not in miles."
Inches are the difference between doing your job and almost doing it.
The difference between discipline and excuses.
The difference between being ready and wishing you were.
So when the moment comes, own your inch!
