We were overall pleased with our intrasquad scrimmage to end the first full week of preparation. And it was a beautiful day for baseball!

A program is as strong as its assistant coaches. Dustin was the first person I asked to be on staff when I started at Eastern in 2021. Our baseball program is blessed to have Coach Huffman; I am grateful not only for his partnership in coaching, but for our friendship as well.

This summer's youth camp was awesome! Record number 65 campers – 43 2nd-5th graders and 22 6th-8th graders. Grateful for our coaches and high school helpers pouring a ton of energy into making sure every young person fell a little bit more in love with the game of baseball.

Varsity Baseball beat Huntington 9-6 this afternoon. They will play in the Regional Semifinal on Wednesday 5/4 at 6:00pm at Beavers Field in Lancaster.
