Loan forgiveness was a meaningful opportunity to make accessibility to higher education more just, and shattering this opportunity, especially

This ruling effectively makes higher education harder to attain, and will push many of the thousands of students in our network who were relying on possible relief in order to move forward with their lives financially and professionally to rethink major life choices.

As a result of this ruling, without student loan relief, or a means to mitigate the unrealistic and out-of-control college loan debt crisis, students will face an uphill battle in repaying loans.
