We want to find out that our faith in God calms us from our anxiety and worry. For us to find those things that calms us in the storm,we need to celebrate God's greatness and goodness. We need to leave our anxiety with him and meditate on good things and start doing what we know!

For us to run around in the same way that those who don't put their faith in God, our fear and anxiety tells God that we also don't trust Him. It bears false witness, telling the world that we can't trust Him. Put your trust in Him, the Good Father, Provider, and Healer!

Who of you by worrying can change politics? Or put money in your pocket? Or change another person? Or even change ourselves? Worrying makes everything much worse, only changing for the negative! Instead, put your hope and faith in the Lord, the Provider of all things!

Jesus points to the fact that worrying won't help anything! "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34

What does anxiety do? It steals from us! It is patently unhealthy for us, leading to a myriad of medical and emotional issues. America is #1 when it comes to anxiety-based issues.
