๐จ so let me get this straight..
the president gave Iran until Monday to reopen Hormuz..
Hormuz is currently flowing at under 2,000,000 barrels per day.. down from 20,000,000..
if Iran doesn't comply by Monday.. he destroys their power plants on Tuesday..
> 80,000,000 people lose electricity
> hospitals, water, communications โ all gone
> Iran retaliates on Saudi and UAE oil facilities
> oil spikes past $150 per barrel
> gas hits $6-8 per gallon in the US
> Asia loses 50%+ of its energy supply overnight
> Houthis close the Red Sea โ two chokepoints down simultaneously
> global recession trigger
and the alternative.. if he backs down?
> every future threat is a bluff
> Iran keeps Hormuz restricted
> oil stays above $100 as the new normal
> allies stop trusting US commitments
both options are catastrophic.. both paths lead to crisis.. and the deadline is Monday..
this is not a negotiation.. it's a trap he built for himself..
the real story behind this hasn't been told yet.. follow me because i'm about to tell it.

@NoLongerTheFuzz Good. Though i wish someone would speak up about the confirmation bias that runs throughout the service leading to intolerable miscarriages of justice. Bias in general with them is shocking
