@jittythekyd @currys We’ve had the exact same experience. It’s absolutely shocking. And when speaking to their customer service we were told to “just deal with it”.

@currys please tell me why we spend thousands of pounds at your store. We were PROMISED our items would be ready for collection by Monday 1st December. It’s now Friday 5th and we still don’t have our items???
