There is more change coming. NDAs will soon be a thing of the past.

What an achievement! PEI’s NDA Act is unprecedented in terms of its scope - in the world. Time for other Canadian jurisdictions to follow PEI’s example and regulate the use of non-disclosure, non-disparagement and confidentiality clauses in sexual abuse cases.
