Good news @LICIndiaForever I received the email with OTP today. I requested this OTP yesterday.

Who can help me here?? OTP isn’t working properly and I ain’t able to login & make the payment.

@LICIndiaForever Please fire your IT partner who is handling the LIC customer portal. Yesterday I tried to login & generated the OTP (valid for 15mins). OTP reached my email after 4hrs. Today I tried to “direct pay” & again OTP reached email after 3hrs. Couldn’t make payment.

I fall prey to @TMobile fraud & lying through their teeth customer agent. He promised for free Apple Watch after the purchase of iPhone 15. I confirmed multiple times about “no change to my existing plan”, “no hidden charges”, “no extra payment” but he lied to me. @TMobileHelp

1 - I confirmed that there shouldn’t be any change to existing plan - He lied about it. Now I see $15 for new line, 23 payments of $12.50 & 1 payment of $12.49 added to my account.

2 - I see hidden protection plan added on the account.
