@whateverbs99 I realized that a lot of us subconsciously believe that LeBron is so great, he could do anything on that court to make it happen. At least, that’s what’s been sort of presented to us w/social media since he’s supposed to be better than MJ. The blunder shook up the whole team.
@chlamydiapills Does this work for someone who does not have any experience nor degree? Just looking for a chance to be able to transition and work my way up.
@JLewis562@nbanuanceacist Went to the Lakers w/ thryoung core. They got traded for AD. That was an issue. Kawhi was on the free agent market and wanted to go to a LA team. He wanted Kawhi to join them (Lakers) w/AD. It was an uproar about how much help he needs. Bron’s polarizing. Can’t win for losing.
@nbanuanceacist@JLewis562 In fact, if Bron had D Wade and Melo, or K Love, Kyrie and Paul George agree to join him in Cleveland, it would’ve been the same vitriol lol. He’s a huge personality of a player and most people wanted him to follow the old school ways. That’s all.
@nbanuanceacist@JLewis562 He ain’t answer the question because there’s no difference. The money and contracts still have to lineup. I think people are mad because the “rules” of the game have changed and they would all have loved to see their favorite players do it too.
@nbanuanceacist@JLewis562 And that move shook up the dynamic of how players looked at the game because it’s no difference joining a player or one coming to you. Still have to play the game.
@nbanuanceacist@JLewis562 Never said you hated LeBron. He asked what the difference was. There’s none. Recruiting or being recruited has no bearing on him playing with D Wade, whether it be in Cleveland or Miami. The old guard has never ever seen a superstar of his caliber take control of their destiny.
@balldontstop He’s not right bro. If we didn’t have history of knowing Joel Embiid is always hurt and LeBron is going to be 42, w/ the team losing just last season w/Embiid, Maxey, VJ & PG, then he’d be right. We knew how lethal GS was w/everyone in their prime and KD was top 2 in the world….
@olympicbean Dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. Don’t you think the biggest companies try to assemble better teams in all their departments in order to “chase” and improve their performances? lol
@JrTabansi Boys act like the narrative has been different 😂. He’s been the “scapegoat” cuz he can stay healthy and it sometimes shows in his play. Now if you had said Maxey and/or JB, I’d agree with you about that narrative.
@TheWestbrookEra They’re not talking about skills when it comes to rankings. We gotta get our feelings out of it. It’s merit based. What did you accomplish in your career.
If it was skill based, Kobe and Jordan would trade 1 & 2 depending on who you ask.
@MambaArchives Shaq & KD are universally recognized as top 10 players of all time though. Bron would face the same scrutiny if he played and won 3 rings with Tim Duncan, as he’s also a top 10 player. No great wins without having great players around them.
@olympicbean It’s not. Skill wise, what he said is true. Accomplishment wise, he was not. That’s why he is not top 5 to SAS. Most of us believe Kobe was actually more skillful than MJ and probably the best in the NBA as far as ability & being competitive.
@GuruLakers I think it’s somewhat valid though. They’ve not played together. Last “super team” full of stars that won was Golden State. Throw the ball up and see what happens first.
