@AxisBank Very disappointed with the way charges are being handled. My account was migrated from Citizens Cooperative Bank to Axis Bank.I was informed by an Axis executive that maintaining the required min balance was sufficient,so I opened an FD in July 2025.@RBI @jagograhakjago

No charges were deducted for several months.Since Mar’26,₹708 has suddenly been deducted every month. I’m being told that ₹2lakh must be maintained specifically in the savings account and that the FD is not considered, this was NOT what I was informed earlier. @AmitabhChaudhry

Kindly stop fooling customers if you do not commit to refund cashback as committed after service.
Also there is security concern, addressing a user from diferent name. seems like there is cross data sharing between customers account.
