#GoogleFi - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been without a functioning phone for over a week. I tried 3 times to order a replacement. I wasn't told there was a problem with the transaction. I couldn't get anyone to actually help expedite my phone.

Actual humans don't work in your "supervisor" roles do they? I have replied to your emails with questions 6 or 7 times and have not received 1 response. I asked for my order to be shipped overnight, instead I get a $20 credit.

@googlefi #customerservice continues to falter and drop the ball. Yesterday I was told the case was expedited and they would try and overnight the phone. Today its several business days to process my dead phone and then ship a phone. #MintMobile you are looking like a good option.
