President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah today departed the Republic of Ghana following her participation in the High-Level Consultative Conference on the Next Steps for the Landmark United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/RES/80/250 on the Transatlantic Slave Trade, held in Accra.
The High Commissioner of Namibia to the Republic of Ghana, Ambassador Ndiyakupi Nghituwamata, today welcomed President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah upon her arrival in Accra.
In commemoration of the 63rd Africa Day celebrations, H.E. Mrs Ndiyakupi Ngituwamata, participated in a panel discussion under the AU theme for 2026. " Assuring sustainable water availability and safe sanitation systems to achieve the goals of Agenda 2063".
On 12th May, H.E. Mrs Ndiyakupi Nghituwamata, High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia, paid a courtesy call on the Chief Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Ghana, Ambassador Khadija Iddrisu and Ambassador Lydia Amartey.
On 13 May 2026, the High Commission of the Republic of Namibia in Ghana undertook to plant trees in commemoration of the birthday of the Founding President and Father of the Namibian Nation who was born on 12 May 1929, he would be 97 this Year.

On 18th February, Mrs. Ndiyakupi Ngituwamata, Namibia High Commissioner - Designate to the Republic of Ghana, presented her Copies of the Letters of Commission to Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Foreign Affairs Minister of the Republic of Ghana.
